Personal therapy is an effective strategy proven to address specific life goals and work on long standing issues that create obstacles in your life.
For instance, a specific life challenge could be a recent relationship break-up or the loss of a job. An example of a long-standing challenge would be managing negative thinking and anxious thoughts or addressing self-esteem issues. In our first meeting, we collaborate to set clear goals for therapy and continue to revisit and monitor progress on these goals periodically.
