When you reach out, I’ll respond within 24 hours to answer any questions and gather a few details to help us get started. We’ll then schedule your first virtual session, where you’ll have the space to share what’s been happening in your life and what you’d like to focus on.

During this session, we’ll begin to identify the most helpful approaches and techniques for your needs. As we move forward, I’ll check in regularly to make sure you’re feeling supported and that therapy continues to align with your goals and progress.
